Trapped in the triangle of kidney pain, slipped discs, and morbid obesity, three friends find themselves nearing the brink of insanity as they also fall into the quagmire of addiction. To make matters worse, they face the increasingly totalitarian Yılmaz's audacious attempt to rescue a failing marriage, pushing them to their limits. However, with unexpected help from an unlikely friend, they begin to take slow but determined strokes towards the hope of resolving both the marriage and medical problems at hand.

Synopsis
