Gordon offers tripe to teenagers, teaches some athletes how to cook great fast food and then joins DJ Sara Cox in the recipe challenge. Gordon searches for scallops. On the menu: pan-roasted pigeon salad with toasted walnuts; roast skate with beet root and parmesan; and pain perdu with carmelized peaches.
