It's something that happens every year, but this year, a high-tide washes the castles away. Everyone must think of a creative way to get the Turtle Dragons to come back before they miss their opportunity to lay their eggs. #12802 ""A True-Blue Friend"" Max, Emmy and the dragons have a fun time painting with Zak and Wheezies' finger-paint, but it turns out it wasn't finger-paint after all. It's ""permanent paint"" and it's turned them all completely different colors. Now they must work together to follow exact instructions to get it off.

Synopsis
Two siblings, Max and Emmy, find an enchanted dragon scale capable of transporting them to a whimsical fantasy land inhabited by colorful anthropomorphic dragons by reciting a rhyme. They befriend four friendly dragons Cassie, Ord, Zak, Wheezie and Quetzal.
