Keon and Zoe want a family home with space for their favourite hobby - salsa-dancing, in Shepherd's Bush, for £450,000! Kirstie is further west in the borough of Richmond, helping Paul and Carolyn. Especially Paul, who has bought property before in his native Sheffield, and struggles to get his head around the capital's inflated prices on a budget of £325k.
