For Sport Physician Teri, his wife Kim and their two children, ‘location, location, location’ couldn’t be truer. Their small, dated house in the heart of the city has very little going for it except its address and a short commute to work for Teri. He thinks with the right touch and a healthy reno budget their house could be a home Kim could love, without sacrificing their neighbourhood and all the city has to offer, but is their house too far gone for even Jillian Harris to rescue?
