Insurers crack a woman's attempt to build up a nest egg by repeatedly claiming she has lost her jewellery, an opportunist's scam is easily exposed when it transpires he'd already told his insurers the truth, and in the USA, a husband is handed a life sentence after committing the ultimate evil act in order to get his hands on his wife's life insurance premium.
