They've lived in their current home for 18 years, and with the children about to fly the nest, the time is right to relocate to Somerset. With a budget of £500,000, they want to find a three-bedroom detached house with two reception rooms, plenty of outbuildings for their hobbies and at least two acres of land for growing vegetables and keeping animals.
