The chaotic aftermath of the collision brings more twists and surprises. When Senior Investigating Officer Ann Stallwood arrives to take charge of the whole operation it becomes apparent that she and Tolin have history. Tolin interviews Gareth in hospital to find out if the officers who pursued him and Alice were responsible for the accident. But why did van driver Danny Rampton flee the scene?
