Ismihan Sultan is determined to achieve her goals and demands the presence of Sultan Mesud to spare their lives. In the meantime, a contagious disease spreads in Sogut, causing concern. Malhun Hatun and Kumral Abdal face unexpected danger while searching for a cure. Finding an antidote becomes crucial to save the city from destruction.
